Anne-Laure's path to law began with political science before focusing on intellectual property law.

She launched her career at a specialist IP firm in Paris, advising startups and digital companies on intellectual property matters (including in IT and trademark), commercial and corporate law, and assisting artists in the protection of their creations and artwork. She intervened both as legal advisor and litigator. She subsequently spent six years at a firm with offices in Paris and Aix-en-Provence, where she broadened her expertise to encompass data protection and telecommunications law, while also completing formal training in mediation and judicial conciliation.

 

Today, Anne-Laure leads her own practice at the French bar of Aix-en-Provence. She advises companies across all sectors - with a particular focus on technology - and does so with equal fluency in English and French. Her client base is international in scope and she regularly assists foreign businesses in managing their European and French interests, including contentious matters.

Anne-Laure spent her first fifteen years practicing tennis. The focus, commitment and perseverance acquired on the tennis courts have never truly left her.
